Shipping and Returns

We aim to process your orders within 1-2 days where applicable. 

Those that have purchased an item that is pre order, we endeavour to give you accurate delivery and shipping dates in the description. 

If you have purchased a made to measure item there is a longer lead time. We will be in touch with you throughout the process to let you know how we are progressing.

DUTIES & TAXES

International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. Roxanna Zamani has no control over processing times or duty rates by Customs in each country.

We know that shopping online can be hard, so if you are worried about sizing or have any questions please feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to help assist you. Here is our sizing chart for reference.

RETURNS

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help because we want you to feel your very best.

We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

We are happy to provide a refund if it meets the below conditions.

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, free from makeup and perfume. 
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • You will be refunded in your original form of payment less shipping costs.
  • Sadly we are not responsible for loss of goods on their way back to us, nor are we responsible for shipping, taxes and duties incurred. We highly recommend getting a tracked courier, so that you know your purchase will arrive safely. 

Pre orders and custom pieces are not eligible for refund, return or exchange unless received damaged or faulty.
